"सभी का खून है शामिल यहाँ की मिट्टी में": J&K SIA chargesheet reveals that this highly educated doctor terror module behind Delhi's Red Fort blast gathered unmatched amounts of deadly TATP explosives to revive Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind for horrific attacks

On Thursday, April 16, a major development unfolded in the investigation into the devastating bomb blast near Delhi's Red Fort. The State Investigation Agency (SIA) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police officially filed a detailed charge sheet against ten individuals. These men have been identified as the core operators of what authorities are calling the "Doctors Terror Module."

According to official police records, this network was deeply tied to Al Falah University in Faridabad and was the primary force behind the Red Fort attack. The formal charges stem from a First Information Report (FIR) initially registered at the Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar, which served as the starting point for this massive inter-state investigation.
The official documents list the ten accused individuals as follows: Arif Nisar Dar, Yasir Ul Ashraf Bhat, Maqsood Ahmad Dar, Irfan Ahmad Wagay (also known by the alias Owais), Zameer Ahmad Ahanger (alias Mutlashi), Muzamil Shakeel Ganaie (alias Musaib), Dr. Adeel Ahmad Rather (alias Javaid), Dr. Shaheen Saeed, and Tufail Ahmad Bhat. The tenth individual named in the charge sheet is Dr. Umar Un Nabi, whom authorities have identified as the suicide bomber who carried out the Red Fort blast.

The timeline of this conspiracy traces back to the previous year. Explaining the origins of the investigation, the official SIA release states: “The case originates from an incident dated 19-10-2025, wherein provocative and threatening posters were pasted in the Nowgam area in the name of the proscribed terrorist outfit Jaish-e- Mohammad (JeM). The posters were aimed at spreading fear among the public, disturbing public order, and directly challenging the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India,”
As investigators dug deeper into this initial poster campaign, they uncovered a much larger, highly organized terror plot. Continuous inquiries revealed that the men were not actually operating under Jaish-e-Mohammad. Instead, the group had formed a deeply secretive cell with the true intention of reviving Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGUH), an outlawed terrorist organization.
By pasting posters in the name of JeM, the group was employing a calculated deception tactic. They wanted to use the infamous reputation of JeM to maximize the psychological impact and strike fear into the public, while simultaneously misleading security agencies to disguise their actual mission. To achieve this operational expansion, the clandestine cell worked quietly but aggressively to recruit new members, radicalize individuals, and prepare for a series of nationwide terrorist strikes.

What makes this particular module stand out to investigators is the professional background of the people involved. Discussing the profile of the suspects, the official statement noted: “Significantly, the module included highly educated individuals, including medical professionals, who misused their knowledge, access, and institutional spaces for unlawful activities. The accused were actively disseminating extremist propaganda through digital platforms and had undertaken procurement of materials and experimental activities related to explosive fabrication, including within residential premises and facilities linked to Al-Falah Medical College/University,”
The technical knowledge of these Kashmiri Muslim doctors made them particularly dangerous. Police highlighted that the group specifically chose to work with Triacetone triperoxide (TATP). TATP is an extremely volatile and sensitive explosive that has been used in several major international terror attacks. The doctors selected this specific compound because the precursor chemicals needed to manufacture it are relatively convenient to procure without raising immediate suspicion.
|
The sheer scale of their operation stunned security and investigative agencies across India. During the course of uncovering this inter-state conspiracy last year, authorities recovered a staggering stockpile of nearly 3,000 kilograms of explosives and weapons. Security experts emphasize that if this massive buildup of TATP and precursor supplies had not been promptly discovered and eliminated, the resulting explosions would have led to disastrous outcomes.
Summarizing the success of the ongoing operation, which has already led to multiple arrests, authorities stated: “Through a comprehensive, evidence-driven investigation, SIA has successfully dismantled the entire terrorist network and its support structure. The investigation has unearthed clinching and irrefutable evidence comprising recoveries, digital forensics, scientific analysis, and corroborative witness accounts, which firmly establish the complicity, active participation, and coordinated roles of each accused in the conspiracy. The material brought on record not only exposes the depth and spread of the module.”
The investigation into this vast terror network remains active as authorities continue to trace any remaining links and gather further intelligence.
