An instance of a Hindu young lady being caught, abducted, and mishandled by a young fellow from the Dawoodi Bohra people group taking on a phony character with a Hindu name has become visible in Kavant in Gujarat. The accused has been distinguished as Ali Asgar Parawala. The police captured the accused and the court sent him on a four days remand after he was delivered in court.

As per the reports, Ali Asgar Parawala, an occupant of Kavant, attempted to get to know a 24-year-old Hindu young lady living in a similar town by claiming to be Anil Jaiswal. He used to call and message the young lady and request that she meet him saying that he was a rec center chief.

He physically molested, took a selfie, blackmailed by threatening to make the selfie viral. The girl succumbed to the fear of defamation. After this, he would often call her & molest her in the gym when there was no one in the gym. All this while, he pretended to be Anil Jaiswal.

Tired of the rehashed badgering, the young lady went to the exercise center to persuade him. In any case, there Ali Asgar genuinely attacked the young lady and took a selfie with her. After this, he used to coerce the young lady by taking steps to make the selfie viral. The young lady likewise capitulated to the apprehension about maligning. After this, Ali Asgar would frequently call her to the rec center and attack her when there was nobody in the rec center. This while, he claimed to be Anil Jaiswal.

Following a couple of days, the young lady figured out that his genuine name was not Anil Jaiswal but rather Ali Asgar and that he was hitched. The young lady illuminated her family members and the family members including the young lady's dad went to Ali Asgar's home and attempted to persuade him. However, he additionally compromised the relatives saying 'give your best, I will make her my wife'. He likewise undermined them by making the photos with the young lady viral via online entertainment.

He also threatened them of making the pictures with the girl viral on social media. On July 18, when she left home for her job, Ali stopped her on the way & took her forcibly to Waghodia. From Waghodia, the two boarded a rickshaw & went to the railway station.

On July 18, when the young lady ventured out from home for her work, Ali Asgar halted her on the way and took her effectively with him to Waghodia. From Waghodia, the two boarded a cart and went to the railroad station. Ali Asgar boarded the train and took the young lady to Pune and from that point to Lonavala.

He assaulted the Hindu young lady a few times at lodging in Lonavala and furthermore dedicated unnatural sex with her. In the meantime, the two returned on July 20 after Ali Asgar's sibling got back to him to return home and let him know what is happening in the town was tense. In the wake of returning, the young lady illuminated her family about the whole matter and the young lady's relatives documented a grievance against the denounced at the police headquarters in Kavant on July 21.

After returning, the girl informed her family about the entire matter and the girl’s family members filed a complaint against the accused at the police station in Kavant on July 21. On the basis of complaint, police arrested Ali within a few hours & court granted his 4-day remand

Based on the grumbling, the police enrolled a case under segments 366 (grabbing a lady with the aim of the wedding), 376 (2) (assault), 377 (unnatural sex), 504 (disparaging comments with the goal to upset the harmony) and 506(2) (criminal terrorizing) of IPC. The police captured the denounced inside a couple of hours. The blame was created under the watchful eye of the court after he was captured. The court allowed his 4-day remand.
