Soon after, a masked man calling himself Bhima appeared, dramatically alleging that he had personally buried “100 women.” But when the Special Investigation Team (SIT) carried out extensive excavations at 17 different sites, they discovered nothing but a few old male bones from legally recorded burials.

Despite the lack of evidence, political lobbies and radical outfits like the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) jumped on the bandwagon. Left-leaning activists and Congress politicians amplified the story, while international platforms such as BBC and Al Jazeera, along with regional portals like The News Minute, gave wide coverage without verifying facts. According to India Today, this artificial intelligence-generated video was filled with fabricated claims and baseless allegations. Instead of presenting verified facts, Sameer spread falsehoods that projected Dharmasthala as a hub of “mass burials” and heinous crimes. His propaganda was not only misleading but also dangerous, as it triggered unrest and directly defamed a centuries-old Hindu religious institution.

Although he once proudly uploaded videos showcasing his spiritual trip to Ajmer Dargah, he never addressed the Ajmer rape scandal, one of the most horrifying cases in Indian history.
